This accelerated appeal arises from the trial courts denial of the special appearances of Magnolia Gas Company and MKP Production Company. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(7) (Vernon Supp. 1998). Because we hold the trial court lacked jurisdiction over Magnolia and MKP, we reverse its order and dismiss the case against them.
