This book was written by me as an outcome of my PhD thesis titled “Magnetohydrodynamics of Plasma of Complex Chemical Composition” defended in 2007. It is devoted to development of methods of modelling of plasma of complex chemical composition, based on relatively new and effective mathematical apparatus, allowing to write and solve kinetic equations in a very compact form. Moreover, this technique allows to write all necessary expressions for dissipative fluxes in very compact and convenient form. From these expressions it is also very easy to obtain expressions in a form, not depending on the choice of a particular system of coordinates.
